Job Description:
Lifeline Home Care Providers is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to assist seniors and veterans in a residential building located in Crete, IL. We are looking for individuals who live nearby for reliable and convenient transportation.
As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical support to help clients maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their home.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation and assistance with feeding if needed
- Medication reminders
- Escort clients to appointments or activities (if applicable)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care, CNA, or similar)
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must live near or have easy access to the Near West Side area
