Start Pay Range: $18.00 hourly
Under the direct supervision of a lead installer, you will:
- Assist in the installation of heating and cooling equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Learn and develop trade skills
- Participate in all training exercises and scheduled meetings
- Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors
- Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
- Any other assigned duties as directed by management
Skills and Experience:
- Must have basic hand tool knowledge
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Honest and dependable
- Self-motivated but able to take direction and be part of a team
