Caregiver Position

Our team is dedicated to supporting seniors and adults in need of daily living assistance, enabling them to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team in Seward, NE.
About the Role:
As a Caregiver with Modani Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, as needed
Encouraging and supporting clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy
Monitoring clients' health and well-being, and reporting any concerns to our clinical staff
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one care and companionship to clients in their homes
- Assist with household tasks, such as laundry and light housekeeping
- Help clients with medication management and administration, as needed
- Engage in activities and conversations that promote mental and emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements:
No experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training and support
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes
Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a strong commitment to client-centered care
