Repset Survey is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to assist in managing land survey projects from intake to draft. As a Project Manager Trainee, you’ll play a critical support role, helping streamline operations and ensure consistent, high-quality CADD deliverables.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong Civil 3D drafting skills who’s interested in growing into a broader role with project oversight responsibilities.

Conduct initial property research (parcel data, easements, county records)

Populate and organize project folders with client and job-specific documentation

Draft initial survey drawings and calculations in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Apply Repset Survey drafting standards (templates provided)

Submit completed work for final QA review by lead surveyor

Collaborate via phone, email, and shared project folders

Must reside in the state of Florida

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (active license required)

Ability to read legal descriptions, plats, and survey data

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable working independently and under deadline
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):

Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English

Familiarity with Central Florida County parcel search systems

Experience with ALTA, boundary, or topographic survey workflows
