We are looking for a person with excellent customer service and some hotel experience.
Duties are but not limited to.
Greet customer and identify reserveration, answer phones in a timely manner,handle guest complaints, communicate with other departments to deliver towels, sundries etc to guest room. Log all requests and complaints cash and credit card handling. Blocking rooms for groups and tours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
