Job Title: Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing) – 1st & 2nd Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking two experienced Production Supervisors to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment—one for the AM shift and one for the PM shift. This role is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and driving efficiency to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on assigned shift
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to meet performance goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMPs, and company policies
- Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency; address issues as needed
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse teams
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Enforce workplace safety standards and promote a safe work environment
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor in the food manufacturing industry required
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with production planning and inventory systems
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
Work Environment:
- Food production facility
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
Shifts Available:
- AM Shift (Day) 7:00A.M to 7:00P.M
- PM Shift (Evening/Night)7:00P.M to 7:00A.M
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
