JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Facilities Associate Dept: Fulfillment/Facilities

Reports To: Facilities Manager

Primary Duties:

Responds to Facilities Tracker Emails as prioritized by the Manager.
Follow the daily planned tasks/initiatives as assigned by the Manager.
Will assist the Mechanic(s) in any projects as needed.
Will perform housekeeping duties for warehouses, and as needed
Assists in the company wide recycling program
Will assist the Mechanic(s), when necessary, in the maintenance schedule for equipment, and repairs and installation of equipment.
Make daily or nightly rounds of premises to check for problems or abnormalities, perform building shutdown. EEOC - Know your Rights

Must display a “can do” attitude and provide friendly customer service to all internal associates
Meets or exceeds productivity expectations
Safe working environment with minimal incidents
Good preventative maintenance programs with low repair costs
