Preschool BCBA Job Description (BCBA certification required)
Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support preschool students in Belmont. Work with a diverse range of early learners, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of early childhood educators, administrators, and specialists, and access free monthly CEU events. Applicant must be certified as a BCBA.
Preschool BCBA Qualifications
- Required: Masters degree and BCBA certification
- Preschool experience preferred — newly certified BCBAs are welcome

- Estimated start/end times: 8:30 AM – 3:05 PM

Preschool BCBA Responsibilities
- Provide behavior analytic support in a sub-separate classroom as well as the other preschool classrooms
- Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and administrators
- Support students with a range of profiles, including social-emotional needs, ADHD, ASD, multiple diagnoses, and learning disabilities
- Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
- Train staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans

- Salary Range: $77,725 – $118,544
