Job Description
There are lots of moving parts to making sure a restaurant is fully functional. Our
Front of House Manager will oversee daily service, train Front of House staff, schedule
and supervise shifts and ensure compliance with safety/sanitation regulations. You’ll work
closely with our General Manager and other management team members. The perfect
candidate is reliable, empathetic and handles difficult situations respectfully.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Front of House and Back of House operations daily
- Schedule all Front of House team members
- Organize, supervise and execute shifts
- Support service where needed which might include running food, putting together
catering/delivery orders and bussing tables
