Job Title: Civil Litigation Associate Attorney
Location: Green Tree, Pennsylvania
Job Description: Labovitz Law Group is seeking a full-time civil litigation associate attorney to work directly with clients (primarily individuals and small business owners), manage litigation matters, and appear in court. The associate will handle a varied caseload involving civil and commercial litigation (including contract disputes and business torts), real estate litigation, HOA law, business law and defamation law. We are looking for a confident, personable attorney with strong analytical, legal research, writing and advocacy skills.
Responsibilities include advising clients; managing case files and deadlines; conducting legal research; drafting demand letters, pleadings, motions and briefs; taking and defending depositions; preparing and responding to discovery; appearing at hearings and conferences; and assisting with trial preparation and trials.
Qualifications:
- Three to six years of civil-litigation experience
- Admission to practice in Pennsylvania and good standing
- Strong research, writing, analytical and oral-advocacy skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and independently manage multiple matters
Experience: 3-6+ years
Salary Range: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Work Schedule: Primarily in-office, with the opportunity to work remotely one or two days per week

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
