Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Vice President for Student Development, the Dean of Enrollment Services provides strategic leadership for the College’s enrollment services functions, advancing institution-wide goals in enrollment, onboarding, and student success. The Dean is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing comprehensive enrollment strategies and services that support equitable student access and enrollment growth. The position provides leadership for Early College Opportunities, Financial Aid, Student Recruitment and Onboarding, Student Communications, and Student Records across all campuses and virtual environments.
The position ensures compliance with applicable regulations while fostering innovation, operational effectiveness, collaboration, and data-informed decision-making.
