Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. You will oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure seamless coordination between teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution activities.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing clear guidance, training, and motivation to foster a high-performance team.
- Conduct demand planning, production planning, and procurement activities to meet inventory requirements while minimizing excess stock.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager with strong supervising skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with local teams and partners.
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, inventory management, warehouse distribution, and transportation planning.
- Hands-on experience with forklift operation, dispatching, order fulfillment, fleet management, materials management, and procurement processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
- Experience in building materials or construction industry is a plus.
