What You'll Do
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every customer who contacts our agency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, payments, and coverage explanations
- Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy updates accurately
- Review customer accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend additional protection when appropriate
- Build lasting relationships through proactive follow-up and excellent communication
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Support customer retention through exceptional service and follow-up
- Stay current on agency procedures and insurance products through ongoing training

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Insurance, banking, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Life & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
