Nonprofit Manager – Fundraising & Development
Career Now Corp is seeking a motivated and results-driven Nonprofit Manager – Fundraising & Development to help grow our organization and advance our mission of providing educational opportunities and hands-on trade skills to youth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously develop fundraising efforts.
- Identify and pursue grants, corporate sponsorships, donors, foundations, and other funding opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, businesses, foundations, and community partners.
- Develop fundraising campaigns, sponsorship opportunities, and grant proposals.
- Maintain an active fundraising pipeline and track results.
- Support nonprofit programs, events, partnerships, and organizational operations.
- Provide regular fundraising updates and results to organizational leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated nonprofit fundraising or development experience.
- Proven ability to identify and secure funding.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Grant writing/development experience strongly preferred.
- Corporate sponsorship and donor-development experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and produce measurable results.
FUNDRAISING EXPERIENCE IS A PRIORITY
Applicants must be able to explain who they have raised money for, how much they have raised, how the funds were generated, and their specific role in securing the funding.
A fundraising-focused resume is strongly preferred and should include measurable fundraising results whenever possible.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
