Director of Sales Support
Job Summary
Anthem Memory Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales Support to join our team in West Linn, OR or remotely. As a Director of Sales Support, you will play a vital leadership role in guiding the sales strategy across multiple communities, with a focus on achieving and exceeding budgeted occupancy and revenue goals. Responsibilities
Provide strategic sales leadership to assigned communities, supporting them in achieving occupancy and revenue goals while striving toward full occupancy
Ensure consistent implementation of Anthem's sales and marketing standard across all communities
Step in to facilitate sales efforts in communities without a Community Relations Director and provide coaching, mentorship, and sales support to underperforming CRDs
Provide sales and marketing support to a community by assisting with lead generation, closing sales, and achieving/exceeding move-in goals
Maintain a strong liaison with operations and clinical partners to promote aligned goals and unified community leadership
Develop and execute a regional sales plan monthly defining priorities and objectives
Stay informed about senior living industry trends and local market shifts to adapt tactics and maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent job experience
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living
Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience - multi-site responsibility preferred
Proven track record in sales and in improving sales performance and achieving sales goals at the community level
Ability to travel 75-85% requirement
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including group presentation skills
Strong computer skills and ability to achieve expert level in the company's CRM
Knowledge and understanding of dementia and assisted living
