For three generations, our family has been designing and building custom upholstered furniture — sofas, sectionals, beds, and chairs — primarily for interior designers and trade clients across the country. Made in America, customizable to virtually any size, shape, or layout, in around 500 fabrics and hundreds of leathers, our pieces are known for exceptional quality, near-limitless customization, and lead times that stand out in the industry.
Our small team in San Juan Capistrano is looking to add one person to help support our day-to-day operations. The role is varied, the environment is calm and collaborative, and we'll provide all the training you need.
What you'll do
- Assist clients via phone and email with product questions, fabric availability, and order inquiries
- Process and manage orders accurately in our internal systems
- Prepare and mail fabric swatches to designers and clients
- Assist with showroom appointments
- Help receive and organize daily fabric shipments
- Maintain accurate data using internal systems
- Helping with miscellaneous tasks as they arise to keep operations running smoothly
About you
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Desire to learn about furniture, design & more related to our company/industry
- Confident, professional communicator by phone and email
- Self-directed during slower stretches
- Comfortable on a computer throughout the day
- Willing to help with small/medium physical tasks like receiving fabric rolls
- Valid driver's license
Furniture or textile experience is a plus but not required.
