Job description:Clinical Program Supervisor / LCSW – OASAS-Licensed Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Program
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with CASAC credentials and experience working in an OASAS-licensed substance use disorder treatment program to join our multidisciplinary leadership team.
Under the general direction of the CEO and Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical management and administrative operations of the assigned program, ensuring excellence in service delivery, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.

What You Will Do
- Provide leadership and oversight for clinical and medical programming in an outpatient setting
- Supervise staff and promote a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment
- Monitor the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of clinical services
- Oversee interdisciplinary treatment planning and service coordination
- Develop, implement, and improve treatment components and services
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to program staff
- Interview, hire, train, evaluate, discipline, and terminate staff as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with documentation, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Maintain adherence to HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Assist with policy development and implementation
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and supportive environment of care
Who You Are
- LCSW required
- CASAC preffered; Advanced or Master Counselor designation preferred
- Minimum of three to five years of supervisory or administrative experience in an OASAS-licensed facility
- Strong background in outpatient substance use disorder treatment; OTP experience preferred
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical supervisory role
- OASAS Clinical Supervision Foundations I and II completed or able to complete within one year of hire
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for integrated, client-centered care

Pay: $82,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
