Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to enhance their dining experience
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
- Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food service operations
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly approach
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces to meet food safety standards
- Ensure timely delivery of orders, coordinate with kitchen staff, and manage customer expectations
- Support food safety management practices by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures
Experience
- BILINGUAL IS A HUGE PLUS. If not, it's OKAY but be patient and willing to learn .
- Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly desirable
- Proven ability in food service customer order management and cashiering roles
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Demonstrated skills in food preparation, handling kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean workspace
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods
- Background in retail sales transactions or hospitality environments is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory management
