Responsibilities
- Prepare signature cocktails and classics with consistency and elegant presentation.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, payments, and cash handling with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and promoting a safe environment.
Restock bar supplies regularly, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages, to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in craft cocktail or fine dining environments
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
