What You’ll Do
As a B2B Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with qualified security dealers and distributors to drive sales of Bolide’s advanced video surveillance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and onboard new resellers and distribution partners
- Build and manage long-term partner relationships
- Drive revenue growth within your assigned territory
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to your region
- Travel occasionally to meet with partners and attend industry events (travel expenses covered)

- Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in the security industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Driven to succeed and grow within a results-focused environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000–$75,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Commission: No cap — the more you sell, the more you earn
- Bonuses: Monthly and annual performance incentives

- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some travel required)
