Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill a Brazer position with a manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule:
- Monday–Saturday (based on production needs)
- 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM - may extend up to 12:30 AM or 2:00 AM
- Mandatory overtime required
- Weekend work may be required

Brazer Responsibilities
· Perform brazing operations to join metal components according to production and quality standards.
· Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
· Assemble and braze components using copper, brass, aluminum, or similar materials.
· Maintain consistent heat control to ensure strong, clean, and leak-free joints.
· Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks on completed work.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
· Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
· Minimum of 2–3 years of brazing experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment.
· Proficient in brazing techniques and torch operation.
· Ability to pass a hands-on brazing test.
· Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions.
· Must be able to read a tape measure.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong communication skills and ability to follow precise instructions.
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
