Combat Iron Apparel is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, replenishing fulfillment locations, organizing warehouse stock, and ensuring products are available when our Fulfillment Associates need them.
Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Replenish picking locations to ensure products remain available for order fulfillment.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming inventory.
- Verify product SKUs, sizes, colors, and quantities during inventory movement.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled warehouse locations.
- Work closely with Fulfillment Associates and warehouse leadership to prioritize inventory needs.
- Utilize the warehouse management system to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred but not required.
- Experience using warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team.
