Duties
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency
- Lead and supervise staff members, providing guidance, training, and motivation to uphold service standards and foster a positive work environment
- Manage guest relations proactively by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring memorable experiences for every visitor
- Implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize profitability through pricing adjustments and promotional initiatives
- Oversee budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and control expenses to meet organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across the property
- Coordinate night audit procedures and oversee front desk operations using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to enhance guest communication
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management practices including guest services, human resources, and resort operations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating welcoming atmospheres for diverse guests; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, budgeting, and financial oversight within a hotel or resort setting
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage conflicts, and foster a collaborative work culture
- Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette
- Experience in guest relations management and handling complex situations with professionalism and tact
