Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler to support our production operations. This role is responsible for loading and unloading plastic raw materials into production machines, ensuring efficient workflow and consistent output. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Load and unload plastic raw materials into production machines
- Use a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
- Handle machine capacities up to 17,000 lbs.
- Keep production running by ensuring machines stay supplied
- Work independently to meet production goals
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Forklift experience (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am)
- Every other weekend required
- Overtime built into every other week
