Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform plumbing preventive maintenance

Repair leaks, clogs, and plumbing fixtures

Respond to plumbing emergencies

Coordinate material and parts needs

Support repairs during freeze, flood, or outage events

Document work performed
Required Qualifications:

Licensed plumber or equivalent experience

5+ years of plumbing maintenance experience
