Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at Clothes Clinic Drycleaning & More your positive attitude and ability will ensure our customers have an exceptional experience. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively, work independently utilizing strong organizational skills and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with clothing drop off and pick up in a friendly and upbeat manner.
- Handling cash and credit card transactions while checking out customers.
- Checking in clothing for processing with attention to detail.
- Racking completed orders to our conveyor system.
- Calling customers on inventory and order completions.
- Maintaining a clean storefront.
