You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. You will have additional duties to support the lobby clean team. We are offering full-time, part-time, and on-call.

Compensation:
$18.50 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment
- Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks
- Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
- Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand
- Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
Qualifications:-
Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
- Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
- Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
- This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
