PWS Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Signature Reduction
Location: Fort Bragg, NC

Responsibilities:

Assist and conduct signature reduction planning, coordination, briefings, and associated product development.

Work directly with assigned units and multi-echelon joint staff to integrate signature-reduction plans in support of mission requirements.

Develop products including concepts of operation, plans, deployment orders, reporting requirements, support concepts, information papers, and assessments.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years in signature reduction, OPSEC, technical surveillance, or related fields, including 3–5+ years supporting SOF, IC, or other sensitive mission sets.

Demonstrated understanding of physical, technical, and digital signature-management measures.

Strong briefing and coordination skills across multiple HQ and unit levels.

TOP SECRET clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with low-visibility operations, cover and attribution management, or special mission support.
