About the Role:
Rose Serenity Wellness Center Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our growing team in Jupiter, FL. Position Type:
This is a 1099 independent contractor, fee-for-service position. Compensation is based on completed billable client sessions and related approved clinical services.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and regulatory standards

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, client-centered care

Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed

Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with Florida licensure requirements

Requirements:
Active Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license required

Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field

Experience with individual therapy, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills (DSM-5)

Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
