We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Project Management Consultant to join our growing team. This role combines consultative sales with project coordination, allowing you to build relationships, secure new business, and oversee projects from concept through successful delivery. What You'll Do
As a Sales & Project Management Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing new business while ensuring every project is managed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building within the architecture, design, and construction community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
- Conduct showroom tours and product presentations showcasing NUSTILE's premium Italian interior door collections.
- Consult with clients to recommend products that meet both design and functional requirements.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and project estimates.
- Read architectural plans and perform field measurements as needed.
- Coordinate projects from order placement through installation, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and installers to ensure projects are completed successfully.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout each phase of the project.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for quotations, project tracking, reporting, and customer communication.
- Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and market opportunities.
- Help maintain a professional showroom with current displays and product samples.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects, and delivering exceptional customer service from the initial consultation through project completion.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, project management, or both, preferably within architectural products, interior design, construction, cabinetry, windows and doors, flooring, or other residential building materials.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable using QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and learning new software.
- Ability to read construction drawings or willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation for client meetings and occasional job site visits throughout the Miami area.
