Multi-State Licensed Pharmacist
Location: Near Carrollton, TX (On-site required)
Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays
Compensation: $65.00 - $75.00 / hour (Highly flexible; open to higher rates for the right candidate and experience)

The Opportunity
Our highest priority is finding a pharmacist who holds active licensure in multiple states to support our multi-state operations and regulatory compliance. While experience in compounding is highly preferred, your multi-state licensure portfolio is the key differentiator for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support multi-state pharmacy operations ensuring strict regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions.
- Utilize strong clinical judgment to review, validate, and dispense compounding prescriptions independently.
- Ensure daily operations align with standard operating procedures and compounding regulations.
- Maintain an expert-level working knowledge of USP <795>, USP <797>, and USP <800> guidelines.
- Collaborate with the laboratory and quality assurance teams to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
Position Requirements
- Licensure: Must hold an active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Texas PLUS at least 7 additional states. More is preferred.
- Compliance Knowledge: Proven working knowledge of USP <795>, USP <797>, and USP <800>.
- Operational Experience: Experience with multi-state pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
- Location: Ability and willingness to work on-site full-time near Carrollton, TX.
- Skills: Exceptional clinical judgment and the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sterile and/or non-sterile compounding is highly preferred, though multi-state licensure remains our primary focus.
