- Lead property walks, departmental inspections, night audit review, and morning stand-ups using established tools.
Financial & Revenue Performance
- Partner with the Regional Director of Operations on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; own GOP and NOI targets.
- Review financial reports and general ledgers, correct variances, and manage EOM reporting, accounts payable, and receivables.
Guest Experience & Brand Compliance
- Champion a culture of hospitality and accountability; resolve guest concerns and respond to guest satisfaction scores and reviews.
- Maintain full brand compliance, including QA inspections, required trainings, and ownership audits.
People Leadership & Culture
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team across every department.
- Lead performance reviews, coaching, recognition, and disciplinary actions, and ensure completion of all required Palette and brand training.
Safety, Asset Management & Risk
- Oversee preventative maintenance and capital improvement planning; ensure compliance with safety, fire, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Lead the property's safety culture, including OSHA compliance, emergency preparedness, and timely incident reporting.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager, branded or independent.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- A track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Working knowledge of brand standards, quality assurance processes, and revenue management tools.
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS, timekeeping/payroll platforms and labor management tools.
- A hands-on, people-first leadership style with the ability to lead through change.
