- Nights: 12-hour day shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
- Location: 2230 Ashley Crossing Drive, Charleston, SC 29414
What You'll Do
- Deliver skilled nursing care using the full nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation)
- Manage and prioritize workflow across a dynamic patient caseload
- Maintain compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on exceptional patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- Active SC LPN license (required)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, team-first attitude
- Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred — not required
