About Buzz Education:
Buzz Education is a consulting group that partners with schools, districts, and state agencies to improve instructional quality and access for all students. Our team supports systems-level change through developing inclusive instructional practices, high-quality curriculum implementation, professional learning design, and leadership development. We specialize in helping educators build the skills, mindsets, and structures that make equitable, high-impact teaching sustainable.
Who we are looking for:
Buzz Education Group is seeking experienced and emerging consultants to support our Strategic Inclusion Work with select districts across Massachusetts. This project focuses on strengthening inclusive practices and improving outcomes for students with disabilities through a combination of onsite diagnostics, professional learning, systems-level strategy support, and ongoing progress monitoring.
Consultants will work remotely and in person with district and school teams in Massachusetts to observe instruction, gather data, and facilitate professional learning. They will also contribute to resource development, progress documentation, and case studies that highlight promising practices across Massachusetts.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong instructional expertise, experience supporting students with disabilities, a history of successfully navigating district-level client relationships, coaching experience, and a commitment to equity and access, who are eager to deepen their consulting skills through meaningful, hands-on work in schools.

- Serve as the lead support person for an assigned district or school.
- Conduct on-site diagnostics for schools and systems
- Provide on-site professional development and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with other Buzz consultants to share resources.
Senior Consultants ($120-$150/hr)

- Provide strategic oversight and feedback for a set of districts and/or content areas, including the goals, strategy, and professional learning materials.
- Aggregate resources from district work that can be polished and shared broadly.
Buzz Education Group is a growing organization expanding our consulting pool over the next three years. We are deeply committed to the growth and development of everyone we partner with and take pride in promoting from within. The Inclusion & Access project is expected to renew annually for the next three to five years, offering consultants the opportunity to build long-term relationships with districts.
