We’re a busy, fast‑paced landscaping company maintaining 150–200 residential and commercial lawns each week along with ongoing landscaping tear downs, rebuilds and mulching. We’re hiring an experienced Landscape Foreman with good communication skills with both employees and customers.
Must be able to lead a small crew of 2-3 with no daily supervision.
Responsibilities
- Daily Operations — Daily work includes mowing scheduled properties and completing landscaping projects, and managing crews.
- Landscaping — Mulch installs, plantings, cleanups, trimming, bed maintenance, and seasonal work
- Equipment Oversight/Operation — Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety
- Customer Interaction — Communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Training — Support new hires and help build a strong team
Requirements
- Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules, solve problems, and work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Operation of equipment including but not limited to loaders, excavators, trucks, trailers
Compensation
Competitive pay starting at $28+/hr, plus opportunities for growth.
Winter Operations — Along with mowing and landscaping, candidates may choose to work snow‑plowing routes during the winter months.
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
