Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, drive improvements, and reduce defects using SPC and other quality tools.

Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) that deliver long-term results.

Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program teams to solve complex quality challenges and support production success.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Review technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure compliance and product excellence.

Present key quality metrics, findings, and recommendations to manufacturing and leadership teams.

Support new product introduction, process improvements, and ongoing manufacturing operations.

Collaborate directly with production personnel to proactively address quality concerns and improve processes.

Support APQP, PPAP, audit activities, and customer quality initiatives.

Participate in customer-facing discussions and help build strong client relationships.

Mentor technicians and help foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline.

3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in aerospace, defense, medical devices, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing environments.

Strong experience with root cause analysis, SPC, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Hands-on experience utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive measurable results.

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present recommendations confidently.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Experience with composite or advanced materials manufacturing.

APQP and PPAP experience.

Internal or external audit experience.

Exposure to aerospace or defense industry quality systems and compliance standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
