OBJECTIVE
Assist in managing the complete life cycle of inventory including receiving, storing, disbursing, shipping, and delivery to support internal and external customers. The specialist will also assist in other related areas such as inventory control, cycle count, discrepancy resolution, and inventory inspection based on Company regulations and safety standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Accept requests from internal customers and transfer inventory within districts.
· Perform reconciliation of inventory in appropriate software (i.e. NetSuite).
· Resolve any problems that may inhibit receipt and/or shipment of inventory.
· Receive returned equipment, new inventory, and shipments into inventory; verify quantities and types of items received against invoices, purchase orders and/or freight bills.
· Assist management with inventory related communications.
· Maintain physical inventory of warehouse in a designated area.
· May physically fill customer orders for equipment/tools by selecting items from shop inventory and allocate them for shipping.
· Verify asset serviceability of incoming and outgoing equipment/tools.
· Operate forklift.
· May be required to be available on a 24 hour/on-call basis to respond to customer needs.
· Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
· Work in a safe manner to ensure all Nine Energy safety policies and practices are followed.
· Create work orders and service orders for new job in NetSuite
· Fulfill Transfer orders for outbound shipments
· Complete Shipping documents for 3rd party shipping to districts and vendors.
· Perform inventory cycle counts and adjust accordingly in NetSuite.
EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent. BA or BS degree preferred.
- 2 – 5 years’ industry related experience in inventory control and materials handling
- Must have strong written and oral communications. Ability to work with internal and external customers with immediate needs.
- Strong computer skills including email, MS Excel, MS Word, and databases, preferably experience with NetSuite and RF Smart
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule format.
- Ability to prioritize challenging demands and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work and complete tasks independently within specified deadlines.
- Possess strong planning and organizing skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and respond to changing priorities.
- Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
- Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally required to assist in lifting and/or moving of 150 pounds or more.
