Now hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Servers / Waiters
OXO Bar & Grill is Springfield’s go-to destination for amazing food, drinks, and energy — from our street-style Mexican menu to our nightlife and weekend Latin events. We’re looking for friendly, dependable servers who enjoy working in a lively, fast-paced environment where teamwork and great vibes are everything.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and create a welcoming experience.
- Take and enter orders accurately using Toast POS.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Maintain clean and organized tables and sections.
- Handle payments and close checks with accuracy.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff.
- Support teammates and contribute to a fun, collaborative environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior serving experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
- Must be dependable, friendly, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere.
- Must be 18 or older (21+ preferred for late-night shifts).
- Weekend availability strongly preferred.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $6.88 per hour plus tips (servers typically earn $18–$35/hr total)
Schedule: Part-time and full-time positions available (20–40 hours per week)
