The Wood County Educational Service Center is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and motivated people manager to join our growing Prevention Education Department as the Prevention Education Team Manager.
This position is an exciting opportunity for a leader who enjoys developing people, building strong teams, creating accountability, and managing day-to-day operations. The Prevention Education Team Manager will directly supervise a team of professionals serving schools and communities throughout Wood County while working closely with the Director of Prevention Education to support a growing and evolving department.
The ideal candidate is a confident and approachable leader with strong communication skills who can coach and develop staff, navigate difficult conversations, manage competing priorities, and create systems that help employees succeed. This role also requires the ability to build professional relationships with school administrators, community organizations, behavioral health agencies, and other partners.
While experience in prevention, education, public health, or community programming is valuable, we are especially interested in candidates who bring strong management, supervision, communication, and organizational skills and are excited to grow their knowledge of prevention.

Salary Range: $55,000–$65,000
