Re-Bath Birmingham is seeking outgoing, motivated Brand Ambassadors to represent our company inside major retail partner locations throughout the Nashville area.
This is a lead generation position where you'll engage homeowners, start conversations, and generate qualified leads that help homeowners take the first step toward a free remodeling consultation with Re-Bath.

What You'll Do
- Approach and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Introduce homeowners to Re-Bath's remodeling services
- Generate qualified homeowner leads
- Represent the Re-Bath brand inside retail partner locations
- Build positive relationships with customers and store personnel
- Help drive business growth through quality lead generation
- Maintain a professional and positive brand presence
- Accurately capture customer information and lead details
Compensation
- $19–$21 per hour
- Bonus opportunities based on qualified leads generated
- Additional bonus opportunities when qualified leads result in completed consultations
- Paid training provided
- Weekly earning potential beyond base pay for top performers

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
