Commission Sales Representative – LoveBud (B2B / Outside Sales)
Compensation: Commission‑only — top reps earn $3,000–$7,000/month
About the Role
LoveBud is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Commission Sales Representative to help expand our presence in the cannabis retail market. If you’re energetic, great with people, and love the freedom of outside sales, this role gives you full autonomy and uncapped earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect new dispensary leads and build strong relationships
- Present and demo LoveBud products to retail partners
- Negotiate and close deals with confidence
- Manage existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities
- Track sales activity using Microsoft Office tools
- Weekly mandatory meeting in office
What You Bring
- Experience in B2B or outside sales
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Cannabis experience is a plus — not required
- Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently
