A growing multi-site healthcare organization is seeking an IT Specialist to support our staff, systems, and technology infrastructure across multiple locations in the Phoenix area.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and taking ownership of technology needs in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, responsive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats while balancing day-to-day support with longer-term technology projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for staff across multiple locations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, phone, and connectivity issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding
- Support Google Workspace and other business applications
- Maintain inventory and deployment of computers, phones, and technology assets
- Coordinate with third-party technology vendors and service providers
- Assist with cybersecurity, data protection, system backups, and access management
- Track, prioritize, and resolve support requests through a ticketing system
- Support technology upgrades, implementations, and process improvements
- Travel between locations as needed to provide onsite support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) preferred.
- 3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or related experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
- Experience with healthcare IT systems, electronic health records (EHR), and compliance requirements (HIPAA)
- ISO Certification preferred but not required.
- Experience supporting Google Workspace, cloud-based applications, and end users
- Working knowledge of networks, hardware, software, and security best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Valid Arizona driver's license required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
