Job Title : Property Maintenance Technician
Camaraderie Clubs, a management company started by the Co-Founder and former CEO of Travis Mathew, is looking to redefine the landscape of Country Club Membership for the next generation of Club Member. We own two premier club properties: Spanish Hills Club and The Huntington Club.

The Property Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the overall upkeep, appearance, safety, and functionality of the Club’s facilities and grounds. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, this role requires a proactive, dependable, and versatile individual capable of performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and property support tasks throughout the Club property.
The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on maintenance skills, general construction knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner while helping maintain the high standards and appearance expected at The Huntington Club.

General Facility Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the Club property including buildings, offices, restaurants, locker rooms, kitchens, common areas, and exterior spaces.

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the Club facilities and grounds.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility-related service calls.

Perform repairs involving drywall, painting, patching, flooring, doors, locks, cabinetry, fixtures, and general building upkeep.

Repair and replace damaged materials, equipment, and facility components as needed.

Assist with furniture assembly, equipment installation, and miscellaneous property projects.

Complete interior and exterior painting projects including wall touch-ups, trim work, staining, and surface preparation.

Repair drywall damage including patching holes, sanding, texturing, and repainting surfaces to maintain facility appearance standards.

Electrical & Plumbing Knowledge:

Troubleshoot and assist with basic electrical repairs including lighting, switches, outlets, breakers, and equipment issues.

Perform basic plumbing repairs including unclogging drains, repairing leaks, replacing fixtures, and assisting with plumbing-related maintenance.

Coordinate with licensed contractors for larger or specialized repairs when necessary.

Property Management Support:

Assist the Facilities Manager with property inspections, preventive maintenance programs, and daily operational upkeep.

Monitor Club facilities and equipment to identify maintenance concerns before they become larger operational issues.

Help maintain organized storage areas, maintenance shops, tools, and supply inventories.

Follow all safety procedures and Club operational standards while performing maintenance duties.

Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe and organized condition.

Support Club emergency response efforts and facility preparedness initiatives as needed.

Team Support & Special Projects:

Assist with Club events, room setups, seasonal projects, and operational support as assigned.

Work collaboratively with all departments to support the member and guest experience.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Facilities Manager and Club leadership team.

Previous experience in general maintenance, Property Maintenance Technician services, property maintenance, or facilities operations preferred.

Strong working knowledge of painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical systems, and general construction practices.

Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple priorities.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate to heavy items as needed.

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operationally necessary.

Valid driver’s license preferred.

The Property Maintenance Technician will be required to execute other duties not listed above as assigned by Camaraderie Clubs Management, LLC. and/or the Facilities Manager.
