Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, according to standard recipes.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food quality.
- Manage cash and credit transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and possible allergens.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed.
- Promote and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid bartending license or relevant certification (if required).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
