Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude and swift resolution
- Maintain accurate reservation records using OPERA or similar hotel management software
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times
- Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized service
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and uphold resort standards of guest interaction
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
- Support overall front desk operations across all shifts to ensure seamless service delivery
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone handling
- Previous resort experience or hotel experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours across all shifts, including nights and weekends
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and calmness
