About the Role
We’re looking for a Part-Time Office Coordinator to serve as the operational hub of our business. This is a primarily remote position with occasional in-person meetings and training in the Tampa Bay area.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule estimates, appointments, and meetings
- Manage calendars and customer communications
- Respond to leads from phone, email, and online channels
- Maintain accurate records and CRM information
- Support sales, operations, and marketing teams
- Assist with invoices, documents, and administrative processes
- Help keep internal systems organized and running smoothly
- Make occasional accounts receivable or collections calls when needed

Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace
- Personal computer/laptop
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience scheduling appointments and handling customer interactions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Bonus Points
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Previous administrative, office, or operations experience
Schedule
- 20 hours/week
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional afternoon availability may be needed
- Monthly in-person meetings and occasional company events in the Tampa Bay area
