Job Overview
Always Reliable Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our non-medical home care services and oversee our ECLS Program. In this pivotal leadership role, you will bridge the gap between our clients, their families, and our dedicated caregiving staff across Wayne County.
You will be responsible for conducting initial client assessments, creating personalized non-medical care plans, supervising Field Caregivers/CNAs, and ensuring our care delivery meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and state compliance.
Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Client Care
- Conduct comprehensive home intake assessments and reassessments for new and existing clients.
- Develop, implement, and update individual care plans (focusing on ADLs, companionship, mobility support, and personal care).
- Perform regular supervisory home visits to ensure care plan adherence and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Staff Supervision
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Home Health Aides (HHAs), CNAs, and personal care caregivers.
- Conduct orientation, skills evaluations, and ongoing hands-on training for field staff.
- Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for client family members and care team updates.
Program Administration & Compliance
- Ensure full agency compliance with Michigan state licensing regulations and home care standards.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation (assessments, supervisory notes, incident reports).
- Collaborate with agency management to continuously improve service delivery and client retention.
Qualifications
- License: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan (Required).
- 1+ year in a supervisory, charge nurse, or team lead capacity.
- Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Mobility: Valid Michigan Driver's License, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance (for local client visits in Wayne County).
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, empathy, and familiarity with home care management software.

Pay: $49.00 - $67.50 per hour
