```Duties:```
- Read and interpret engineered shop drawings specifically for railings and stairs
- Fabricate and install; stair stringers, landing channels, guardrails, ladders, dumpster gates, etc.
- Perform welding tasks, primarily MIG and stick. TIG is a bonus.
- Perform welds in accordance with engineered shop drawings.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
```Qualifications:```
- 3 years' experience in this role required (minimum). Rate is negotiable based on experience, certifications, references.
- Familiarity with hand tools and machinery used in welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings. Strong math skills a MUST!
- You will be subject to an inspection of your welding capabilities by our AWS-certified foreman.
- Experience with aluminum, stainless, and brass is a bonus.
