Greet and assist customers on the sales lot with a friendly, approachable attitude that reflects the Suburban Subaru brand experience.
Maintain the showroom and lot to ensure vehicles are clean, well-positioned, and visually appealing at all times.
Move, stage, and organize new and pre-owned vehicles to support sales operations and maximize lot presentation.
Assist the sales team by locating and pulling vehicles for test drives and ensuring units are front-line ready.
Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring they are clean, fueled/charged, and properly displayed.
Shuttle vehicles between dealership locations, service, detail, and off-site areas as needed.
Monitor inventory for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance needs and report concerns promptly.
Support special events, lot resets, and daily merchandising efforts to maintain a strong dealership presence.
Keep the lot, parking areas, and workspaces clean, safe, and organized.
Follow all safety policies and report any conditions that could impact the safety of employees or customers.
Assist with additional operational or clerical tasks as assigned by management.
