Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, collecing deposits and balance dues, keeping track of company's P&L statements (macro and micro) and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and providing insights into the company’s financial health. The position may also need to, on a case-by-case basis, help out existing Team members with other to be determined duties (answering phones, interacting with customers, etc.).
Duties
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Perform account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Work with fellow Team members to process payroll with proper payouts.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights for management decisions.
- Manage company accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle debits and credits efficiently to maintain balanced accounts.
- Utilize company's CRM system and QuickBooks Online.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts as needed.
- Process all taxes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Prepare P&L Statements for every sold and installed.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices.
- Expertise in company accounting functions, including account reconciliation, with QuickBooks Online.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related regulations.
- Excellent financial report writing skills to communicate findings clearly.
- Experience (Expertise) with QuickBooks Online.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
